Pathways Massage

First time getting a bodywork session at Pathways Massage? Start Here! Especially for professional and everyday athletes. This session combines orthopedic assessment techniques and various bodywork modalities to help you avoid injuries, recover from training, and improve overall performance and quality of life. Any areas of complaint are assessed before and after the session, and self care options are discussed at the end of the session. Treatment may include instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), myofascial cupping, kinesiology taping, and passive stretching.

Introductory 75 Minute Assessment & Bodywork

A therapeutic massage designed to help your body recover from chronic injuries and intense workouts. Areas of complaint are addressed using deep tissue and trigger point massage techniques. Best for monthly/biweekly maintenance.

60 Minute Maintenance & Recovery Massage

A 45 minute appointment tailored to address a specific complaint or injury. Session begins with an assessment of injury or complaint and a discussion of a treatment plan. Treatments could include deep tissue and orthopedic massage techniques, muscle scraping, and kinesiology tape applications. The session ends with another assessment of the injury or complaint to check for change or improvement, and a discussion on self care options.

Express 45 Minute Assessment & Bodywork

A more thorough therapeutic massage designed to help your body recover from chronic injuries and intense workouts. Areas of complaint are addressed using deep tissue and trigger point massage techniques. Best for monthly/bimonthly maintenance.

90 Minute Maintenance & Recovery Massage

Especially for professional and amateur athletes, session combines orthopedic assessment techniques and various bodywork modalities to help avoid injuries, recover from training, and improve overall performance. Any areas of complaint are assessed before and after the session, and self care options are discussed at the end of the session. In Depth 105 Minute Assessment & Bodywork
