Pathways Massage

A 45 minute appointment tailored to address a specific complaint or injury. Session begins with an assessment of injury or complaint and a discussion of a treatment plan. Treatments could include deep tissue and orthopedic massage techniques, muscle scraping, and kinesiology tape applications. The session ends with another assessment of the injury or complaint to check for change or improvement, and a discussion on self care options.
